Why Fundi Plus exists.

Fundi Plus was founded after years of watching Nairobi's property owners navigate the same broken system — informal contacts, unreliable turn-up times, no documentation, no accountability. The quality of care for some of the city's most valuable assets was left entirely to chance.

We set out to build the service that should have existed for a long time: professional property care, delivered by vetted technicians, documented to a guaranteed standard. Not an app. Not a marketplace. A membership — where the documentation is so thorough that every technician knows your property, every time.

We're starting in Nairobi, with a small number of founding members and an obsessive focus on getting the standard right before we scale. That's the only way we know how to build something worth building.
